 Annual Poverty Report 2004
Arising out of the Poverty Observatory’s first panel, Civil Society was requested to bring forward its analyses of the problems of poverty, in order to enhance the debate so that, together, they could reflect on how to achieve more and in a better way. It was in this context that the poverty Annual Report first appeared. It was meant as a Civil Society contribution to the second panel of the Poverty Observatory.

 Relatório Anual da Pobreza 2004
Aquando do primeiro painel do Observatório da Pobreza, foi pedido à Sociedade Civil que trouxesse as suas análises sobre a problemática da pobreza, para que o debate saísse enriquecido e, juntos, se pudesse reflectir como fazer mais e melhor. Foi neste contexto, que surgiu o Relatório Anual da Pobreza, como contributo da Sociedade Civil para o segundo painel do Observatório da Pobreza.
